“Say It Out Loud”
A one hour program designed for high school aged youth groups to help initiate conversation about mental illness. The “Say It Out Loud” toolkit includes step-by-step instructions on running a successful teen group discussion. The one hour program includes a 5 minute video that features the 10 common warning signs of mental health conditions and 3 youth sharing their personal journey.
