Find Help, Find Hope!

Connection Recovery Support Group

NAMI Connections Recovery Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for adults living with mental illness.

The group encourages empathy, productive discussion and a sense of community. By sharing your experiences and listening to others in a safe and confidential setting, you will gain hope and develop relationships that will aid in your recovery. This group is led by NAMI-trained facilitators and follows a structured model to ensure everyone has an opportunity to be heard, in order to get the support they need.
  • Meets weekly for 90 minutes
  • Is offered free of charge
  • Follows a flexible structure without an educational format
  • Does not recommend or endorse any medications or other medical therapies
  • IS confidential – participants can share as much or as little personal information as they wish.

Meetings are guided by NAMI Connection’s Principles of Support.

Support groups are open to all adults with mental illness, regardless of diagnosis.  Participants should feel welcome to drop by and share feelings, difficulties, or successes.
